Work location: Remote Office / Virtual / Home Office or telecommuting from anywhere or any part of the globe

Compensation: $400 US Dollar to $800 US Dollars (₱20,000 Php - ₱40,000 Php) per completed training course. Lengthy training courses may be paid up to $1,000 US Dollar, could be negotiated

Job description

* Develop new course modules to be incorporated into existing courses, as well as research, design and implement new ones.
* They determine the training strategy and selecting the appropriate media to be used.
* They design the general curriculum, define training objectives, and generate mastery tests.
* Able to work on graphics to create audiovisual and other training aids and produce videos through screencasting
* They provide technical assistance and support to instructors and students when necessary, train instructors in correctly using the course materials they have developed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* The training course developer should have either a diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in I.T., ECE, Instructional Design or any Information Technology related courses. Senior I.T Students or I.T. enthusiast / experts are also welcome
* They should be highly analytical and possess creative and intuitive problem-solving ability.
* Must have good research skills
* They should be able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and accurately.
* They should have excellent writing and editing skills, be highly attentive to details and be able to manage time accordingly.
* They should know how to use computers and software applications such as word processor, database management, and presentation software.
