Your vision

Working with some of the world’s leading tour operators, you’re the person our client will look to with the vision to bring a brand new product to market. You’ll come up with the idea, continually revising it until it’s perfect. Then, together with your colleagues, you’ll take your idea to market.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping the message our client sends out about their brand and what they do, using creative concepts and original thinking to build a real connection with the end-customer, the people who will experience your vision on their holidays for themselves.

Job Description

As our client’s business and product development manager, you’ll never want for engaging challenges in your work that fire your imagination. Every day, you’ll:

* Build new and further deepen exciting business relationships with hotels and experience providers
* Work with colleagues on different teams to design tour packages taking into account industry trends, customer analytics, and customer feedback
* Intelligently use online and printed trade publications with social media feeds to find new markets and pinpoint new leads
* Plan for and attend travel events including inspecting hotels, attractions, and experiences, developing presentation formats and materials you’ll use when visiting clients
* Use engaging, factual, and sales-driven copy backed up by vivid imagery and video to present your tour packages, and
* Be fully involved in digital marketing, including social media management, marketing campaigns to both suppliers and end-customers, content production, case study preparation, company website analytics, and liaising with digital partners to increase our client’s brands’ online standings.

*  Monday to Friday, 8AM-4PM (London Time)
*  Standard holidays (28 days including bank holidays)

Salary : £26,000 to 28,000 per annum
