Work for a fast-growing organization in the US automotive manufacturing industry with more than $50M annual revenue.
The organization is looking for a Full-time Resume Screener/ Virtual Assistant to do the following tasks:
• Posting job advertisements
• Resume and initial screenings
• Assist with other recruitment and HR related tasks
• Data-entry
• Create reports and presentations using MS Excel ad MS PowerPoint
• All other administrative tasks such as schedule and calendar management, appointment setting etc.
Required skills:
• At least 5 years work-related experience
• Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process, Philippine Human Resource Policy and Labor Code
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity in LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Background in Engineering, Automotive, or Supply Chain is highly advantageous
• Must be responsible, dependable and flexible
• Preferably within Metro Manila
Only Full-time (40 hours/week) applicants will be considered for the position. No other job commitment.
The successful candidate will be expected to make themselves available between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Competitive salary + salary increase after successful completion of 3 months probationary period.

SALARY:
3.25 US Dollars per hour depending on the experience and increase of salary after 3 months probation.
