Location: CA & NY/NJ area - Home Based Offices, California, United States
Compensation: $ 100,000 to $ 110,000
Our client is an International Fleet Management Company providing a variety of innovative fleet management services.
Base Salary $ 85, 000 - $ 100,000 + 25-40% Bonus + company car and full benefit package
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5 years of fleet leasing & financial sales management a MUST
2. Fleet sales experience developing and securing accounts of 100-300 vehicles at a time a MUST
3. Demonstrated new business development / account management experience at the fleet level
4. Proficient in the use of PC based financial & mathematical software programs
5. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, relational selling presentations in PowerPoint format to both small & large groups
6. Proven experience in prospecting new clientele
7. Ability to travel up to 50%
8. Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
9. Ability to develop complex financial analysis & solutions
10. Experience working from home based office a plus
11. Bachelor's degree a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Generate appointment & sales calls
b. Sign new business prospects & penetrate existing customer portfolio's
c. Develop and maintain a database of fleet account prospects & customers within assigned geographical region
d. Provide consultative advice to customers & prospects regarding all leasing services and programs
e. Review & analyzing credit worthiness of customers and prospects
f. Travel as required with commitment to meet prospect & client time lines
g. Achieve targeted financial goals & manage expenses on monthly basis
h. Interface with Marketing staff to optimize lead generation & sales support functions
i. Attend industry trade shows & events.
