Your role will involve (but not limited to):
This Role will require principal responsibility for a portfolio of active counterparty groups delivering a high level of experience within an Investment Bank including credit or derivatives product knowledge.
Reporting into the Head of Credit Risk Management you will work as part of the Credit Risk team within the Legal, Risk & Capital Division. Your responsibilities will be to undertake in-depth financial analysis on a broad range of corporate and financial institutions for the establishment of complex derivative, structured and banking transactions across Global Markets Debt & Equity, Securitisation and Banking divisions
You will ideally possess the following:
The successful incumbent will come from a Credit Risk Management background and display strong numerical skills, an ability to identify and mitigate a broad range of counterparty, market, reputational and operational risk plus demonstrate a strong understanding of derivative products, ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and Collateral arrangements.
Additionally, this person will need to have the ability to think laterally in problem solving, display strong interpersonal skills, well developed attention to detail and the ability to present confidently and professionally to external clients, the business, and Senior Management. Although not essential, tertiary qualified in finance or a related discipline is preferred.
