Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure validation of all the Customer Purchase Orders from the respective function before the acceptance can be given to customer.
2. ".Responsible for booking of customer order in SAP after acceptance is given to Customer. Customer purchase order once booked in SAP is called Customer Sales Order(CSO) All CSO must have correct billing Plan and corect tax structure etc."
3. Creation of Vendor Purchase orders for procurement, follow-up with vendors for deliveries
4. Invoicing,revenue recognition and monitoring of invoicing, reconciled with books of accounts.
5. Have strong control over backlog giving project wise backlog and the invoicing schedule for the same.
6. Ensure smooth Audit related to Order Administration and Sales Schedule
7. Responsible for launching and completing the procurement to meet customer order
8. Ensure all the documentations required for invoicing is available before invoicing is done
9. Co-ordination with various functional teams to achieve the objectives of order administration
Qualification :
B.Com with 4-5 years/C.A. (Inter) of experience in sales accounting
Working knowledge of SAP (billing module- order booking, invoicing ) is a must.
