**MUST have MasterCard dispute knowledge understanding from both the system and business knowledge
** This individual will work with a team who is taking over responsibility for processing MasterCard disputes and charge backs.
· The successful candidate must have MasterCard Dispute knowledge, from both the business process perspective as well as technical / system processing of disputes.
· The ideal candidate will have mainframe processing knowledge.
· Must be able to work independently and have excellent skills in creating technical design documents based off business requirements as well as processor requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the initial research and design for the automation of mastercard disputes and integration into systems.
· Responsible for documenting all mastercard required fields and the necessary edits as well all interface requirements to FDR, Mastercard and imaging platforms.
· Responsible for working with MasterCard, FDR, Business sponsors, PMs, etc.. for outlining the approach.
· Needs to act as an SME for MasterCard disputes
